    3.3.1 当回弹仪存在下列情况之一时接地线标准,应进行保养:

    1 回弹仪弹击超过2000次; 2 率定结果不合格; 3 对检测值有怀疑。 3.3.2 回弹仪的保养应由通过专业培训的人员按下 列步骤进行: 1先将弹击锤脱钩,取出机芯,然后卸下弹击 杆,取出里面的缓冲压簧,并取出弹击锤、弹击拉 簧和拉簧座等; 2擦清洁机芯各零部件,并应重点清理中心 导杆、弹击杆的端面、弹击锤的内孔和冲击面; 3保养完成并组装仪器后应按本规程第3.2.3 条的规定进行率定; 4对于数字式回弹仪,还应按产品要求的维护 程序进行维护。 3.3.3回弹仪的保养应符合下列规定: 1经过清理的零部件,除应在中心导杆上薄薄 涂抹钟表油外,其他零部件均不得抹油; 2应保持弹击拉簧前端钩入拉簧座的原孔位;;

    4.1.3采用回弹法检测混凝土强度,可按单个术

    GJ/T384的规定:直径100mm芯样试件的数量个 应少于6个,直径不小于70mm的小直径芯样试件 的数量不应少于9个。钻芯位置应在回弹测区内, 个测区应只取1个有效芯样,且只加工为1个芯 样试件。

    4.2.1 回弹仪测量回弹值时,应符合下列规定: 1 回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于混凝土检测面; 2 应缓慢施压、准确读数、快速复位: 3同一测点应只弹击一次,每一测点的回弹值 读数应精确至1; 4对于弹击时产生颤动的薄壁、小型构件,应 进行固定。 4.2.2每一测区应记取16个回弹测点,测点在测区 范围内宜均习分布,不得分布在气孔或外露石子上 相邻两测点的净距离不宜小于20mm;测点距外露 钢筋、预埋件、铁件等的距离不宜小于30mm。

    4.2.3计算测区回弹值时,在同一测区的16个回弹 值中,应先剔除3个最大值和3个最小值,然后将 余下的10个回弹值按下式计算,其结果作为该测区 回弹值的代表值:

    式中: R 一 测区回弹代表值,精确至0.1; R,一一第i个测点的回弹值。 4.2.4非水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面时,测区回 弹值的代表值应按下式修止:

    4.3.1回弹值测量完毕后,应在有代表性的测区上 测量碳化深度值,抽检测区数不应少于构件测区数 的30%,且不宜少于3个,应取其平均值作为该构 件个测区的碳化深度值。当碳化深度值极差大于 2.0mm时,应在该构件每一测区分别测量碳化深度 值。

    1可采用工具在测区表面形成直径约15mm的 孔洞,其深度应大于混凝土的碳化深度; 2 应清除孔洞中的粉末和碎屑,且不得用水擦 洗; 3应采用浓度为1%~2%的酚酞酒精溶液滴在 孔洞内壁的边缘处,当已碳化与未碳化界线清晰时, 应采用碳化深度测量仪测量已碳化与未碳化混凝干 交界面到混凝土表面的垂直距离,并应测量3次, 每次读数应精确至0.25mm; 4应取三次测量的平均值作为该测区的碳化深

    值m,并应精确到0.5mm。

    5.0.1本规程给出的泵送混凝土测强曲线为地区测 强曲线,按附录A的方法制定。使用地区测强曲线 时,被检测的混凝土应与制定该测强曲线混凝土的 适用条件相同,不得超出该测强曲线的适用范围。 5.0.2测区混凝土强度换算值按本规程附录B进行 换算时,混凝土应符合下列条件: 1水泥应符合现行国家标准《通用硅酸盐水泥》 GB 175 的规定; 2砂、石应符合现行行业标准《普通混凝土用 砂、石质量标准及检验方法》JGJ52的规定; 3混凝土采用的外加剂、掺合料、拌合用水等 符合国家现行有关标准; 4混凝土施工时采用的模板符合现行国家标准 规定; 5自然养护且龄期为(14~1000)d。

    6.0.1按单个构件或按批抽样检测混凝土强度,第i 个测区混凝土强度换算值,由本规程附录B查表得 出。附录B表中数值是根据下列地区测强曲线公式 计算:

    A.0.1为编制广东地区泵送混凝土测强曲线,选取 省内有代表性地区的预拌商品混凝土开展试验工 作。 A.0.2选择本地区工程常用的水泥、粗骨料、细骨 料等原材料,制作强度等级为C15~C60、边长为 150mm的混凝土立方体标准试件。 A.0.3试件的制作、养护: 1采用符合现行行业标准《混凝土试模》JG237 规定的试模,各强度等级均采用同一盘混凝土均今 装模振揭成型; 2每个地区各强度等级的混凝土制作24组试 件(三个为一组); 3试件拆模后按“品”字形堆放并自然养护。 A.0.4试件的测试步骤: 1每个强度等级的试件按照测试龄期14d、28d、 60d、90d、180d、365d、720d、1000d各3组分别 开展测试工作; 2擦净被测试件,以浇筑侧面的两个相对面置 千压力机的上下承压板之间,加压60kN~100kN以 固定试件,低强度试件取低值; 3在试件保持压力下,采用符合本规程第3.1 节规定的回弹仪,按照本规程第4.2.1条规定的操作 方法,在试件两个相对浇筑侧面上进行回弹测试:

    A.0.3试件的制作、养护

    参照本规程第4.3.2条规定的操作方法,在试件的回 弹测试面上进行碳化深度测试: 4从每个试件16个回弹值中剔除3个最大值和 3个最小值,以余下的10个回弹值的平均值作为该 试件的回弹代表值R,精确至0.1:该试件的碳化深 度值αm,精确至0.5mm。 5按现行国家标准《混凝土物理力学性能试验 方法标准》GB/T50081的规定进行抗压强度测试, 将试件加荷至破坏,计算试件的抗压强度值f 精确至0.1MPa。

    1汇总各地区的试验数据,按照各强度等级各 龄期的每个试件的回弹代表值R、碳化深度值αm 抗压强度值f。一一对应列表进行整理; 2采用最小二乘法的原理按以下函数关系式进 行拟合回归分析:

    1.0.1统一标称能量为2.207J的M225型回弹仪检 测方法,保证回弹法检测广东地区按照泵送施工要 求配制的混凝土抗压强度结果的可靠性是本规程制 定的目的。

    1.0.2由于回弹法是通过回弹仪检测混凝土表面硬

    度从而推算出混凝土强度的方法,因此,不适用于 表层与内部质量有明显差异或内部存在缺陷的混凝 土构件的检测。 本规程所述的混凝土材料是符合现行国家有关 标准的、由广东地区商品混凝土生产企业制作的混 疑土,未对采用如离心法、真空法、压浆法、喷射 法等特种成型工艺制作的混凝土开展试验研究;构 件生产中,有的并非一般机械成型工艺可以完成, 列如混凝土轨枕,上、下水管道等,就需采用加压 振动或离心法成型工艺,超出了本规程测强曲线的

    适用范围。 国内、外试验研究表明,普通混凝土所用细骨料 的品种和粒径只要符合《普通混凝土用砂、石质量 及检验方法标准》JGJ52的规定,对回弹法测强没 有显著影响。对于再生混凝土、高性能混凝土,使 用本规程检测前应进行验证。 混凝土表面湿度对回弹法测强影响很大,应等待 混凝土表面十燥后再进行检测。粗骨料最大公称粒 径大于31.5mm时,已超出制本规程测强曲线时 听用混凝土粗骨料的最大粒径;泵送混凝土粗骨料 最大公称粒径大于31.5mm时已不能满足泵送的要 求。对于在非平面的构件上测得的回弹值与在平面 上测得的回弹值关系,国内目前尚无试验资料,现 参照国外资料,规定凡测试部位的曲率半径小于 250mm的构件一律不能采用本规程测强曲线。 可弹法的测试结果与混凝土的设计强度等级没 有直接关系,但实际工程中一般需将回弹法检测结 果与设计强度等级进行比较。本规程结合测强曲线

    的区间范围(混凝土抗压强度≥15.0MPa且< 50.0MPa)及实际需要,给出适用范围的混凝土强度 等级为 C15~C60 本规程对强度等级为C15~C60混凝土进行抗 压强度检测,在实际工程应用中,对于临界条件下 不同回弹仪的选择,给出以下建议: 混凝土设计强度等级小于C60,且现场预留混 疑土试块抗压强度代表值低于60.0MPa时,建议采 用本规程M225型回弹仪进行检测: 如现场没有预留混凝土试块,或者混凝土试块 抗压强度代表值没有代表性,混凝土实际强度在 60.0MPa左右时,建议采用M225型回弹仪和H450 型回弹仪对部分构件分别进行预估检测,根据预估 检测结果选择回弹仪: 1当两种回弹仪的检测结果都小于60.0MPa 时,采用M225型回弹仪; 2当两种回弹仪的检测结果都不小于 60.0MPa时,采用H450 型回弹仪;

    3当两种回弹仪的检测结果不一致时,采用其 也有效法(如:钻心法等)进行检测。 1.0.3通常情况下,混凝土强度的验收和评定应按 现行国家标准《混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范》 GB50204及《混凝土强度检验评定标准》GB/T5010 的规定,采用标准养护试件的抗压强度来检验混凝 土的强度质量,不允许用本规程的方法取代国家标 准对制作混凝士标准养护试件的要求。因此 矿产标准,按本 规程检测所推定的混凝士抗压强度,不能等同于施 L现场取样成型并标准养护28d或设计规定龄期所 得的混凝土试件抗压强度。但是,混凝土试件强度 评定不合格时,可按本规程检测方法推定结构中的 混凝土强度,并可作为结构是否需要处理的依据; 对使用中的结构需要检测混凝土强度,或者在混凝 土工程施工过程中出现下列情况时,可按本规程检 测方法推定混凝土强度: 1同条件养护立方体试件的试验结果不能满足 设计要求;
